Thanks to 97p for finding this – the first copy of Blast: Review of the Great English Vortex edited by Wyndham Lewis in 1914. Certainly worth a look is the manifesto starting on page 11 if for no other reason than to admire the typography and page layout and definitely worth reading for its poetic invective, politically dubious as it may be.
